These terms govern your use of RevealJoy. By creating an account, you agree to them.
1. Acceptance
By accessing RevealJoy, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Use a strong password and keep it private. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Age
RevealJoy is for users aged 16 or older (13+ with parental consent in the United States). Do not create an account if you are younger.
4. Payments and Pro upgrade
Pro features (guest management, categories, prizes, challenges, predictions beyond gender) require a one-time payment per game. Prices are shown at checkout; payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are handled case-by-case within 14 days of purchase if the game has not been used.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use RevealJoy to harass, impersonate, or share harmful content. Do not attempt to probe, scan, or disrupt the service. We reserve the right to suspend any account that violates these rules.
6. Your content
You own what you post. You grant RevealJoy a non-exclusive licence to display your game content to the guests you invite. We claim no ownership over your predictions, wishes, or uploaded photos.
7. Termination
You can delete your account any time from the settings page. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. On termination, your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy's retention schedule.
8. Limitation of liability
RevealJoy is provided as-is. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, and never exceeds the price of a single Pro upgrade.
